Premium Pork Belly is one of the main highlights of the restaurant. It is available in different sizes and weight, from 500gms++ (RM75) to 800gms (XXL) (RM118) to cater your group, perfect for sharing. A whole block of pork belly is weighed and cut accordingly with meat cutting machine then sprinkle with ground pepper and spread with mustard to enhance the flavour of the pork belly before heating the pan with butter and torched it to perfection. Upon first bite, the pork belly was tender and absolutely succulent, the spices wasn’t too intense yet brought out the meat’s full natural flavour. Mashed potatoes, pasta olio and ratatouille are served on the side to balance out the meal.
Another dish to try is the Chargrilled Lamb Cutlets (RM78) rests on a bed of mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Lamb cutlets are spread with bbq sauce and yes, it is bbq flavoured lamb cutlets.The sauce really brings out the taste of the lamb, not too overwhelming yet giving off the perfect aftertaste your choosy palate needed. The meat is tender and juicy, bursts with flavours at every bite. And well, what’s the best accompaniment for a plate of lip-smacking bbq lamb cutlets other than a glass of wine.
Moving on, we have Oven Baked Pork Baby Soft Ribs (RM68). Ribs are baked to lock the juices in meat then grilled to perfection and brushed off with some sweet sauce. It is indeed perfection in every bite. Tender, juicy and flavourful simply aren’t enough to justify the taste and texture of the ribs.
Furthermore, if you are craving for beef, this Wagyu Beef Tenderloin (M6-7) (RM198) is all you need. The moment your knife slices through the steak, you know that it is done well. Slightly pink, tender and juicy, paired with cheese couscous and sautéed mushrooms.
Well, if you are looking for something light, you can also opt for Duck Confit (RM48) , Pan Seared Atlantic Halibut Fillet (RM58) or Roasted Fresh Duck Breast (RM40). Besides, Assorted Porky Platter (RM138) is good for sharing as it comes with pork chop, belly, ribs, sausage, pasta served with sautéed potatoes and salad.
