If you are staying around Genting Kelang or Setapak, Hong Lai is one of the restaurants you shouldn’t miss. It has been operating for 38 years, serving you some serious scrumptious Yue Guong Hor (月光河) (RM9). Still uses charcoal to fry noodle which guarantees you each plate is packed with wok hei. So what’s so special about Yue Guong Hor? Kuey Teow is stir fried with prawns, beansprouts, fishcake slices over dark sauce. Each strand is completely cover with dark sauce and top it off with a raw egg! Mix the egg with the noodles, and sink your teeth into this smooth and flavourful noodle. It is indeed scrumptious that you would definitely come back for more! Besides, they also serves other noodles like Hokkien Mee, Yin Yong and etc.
