It’s run by a humble married husband and wife. Using only Australian beef and broth is constantly simmering for a few days with beef bones while beef parts are freshly cut and cleaned during their day off. A delicious bowl of mixed beef noodle (RM10) is filled with beef slices, tendons and other spare parts. Do order for their dry version with Hakka noodles, the smooth and springy noodles are topped with minced pork which it is not available is soup version.
