Seeni Mee Sotong with Real Penang Flavours

Seeni Mee Sotong originated from Penang. He used to operate in Asia Cafe, SS15 and now moved to SS2. He has been cooking his version of mee sotong for 10 years. Fresh sotong are cooked and served everyday. Mee is stirred fried with their homemade sauce, added in tofu, potatoes and egg then side with sotong sambal. It is slightly dry compare to others but biting into them will create a burst of flavour.
