Judging a good char kuey teow is pretty subjective. Some prefer it to be full of wok hei while some prefer lighter variant. This humble stall in Restaurant Kum Ying has a good balance of both. Char Kuey Teow (RM6.50) is perfectly done with egg, beansprouts and a handful of prawns and sihams. Packed with flavours and has a strong aroma from stir-fried eggs.
