IDEA Café is a new café, funded and operated by a charity organisation from Hong Kong. The objective of the café is to provide working opportunity to local society, and the profit are to support the local children on their creativity education. The café offers wide range of creative coffee and non-coffee beverages, western breakfast and all-day meal. There are darts, playstation, board games, and etc in the café for all customers. The shop is designed base on the historical culture of Cambodia and France. It serves western meal, coffee, and pastries. It is one of the coziest café in Phnom Penh which I been to. The signature breakfast is egg benedict, and the signature drink is avocado latte. The café opens daily from 6.30am, close at 9pm. Pasteur Day is a western café, designed with lots of transparent glass to allow natural day light into the café. It serves western breakfast and coffee. Café café close at late afternoon.

Where Pasteur Night is open at late afternoon. It is a speak easy bar with live band in random days. The bar serves western dinner, cocktails, liquor, wine, beer, and etc.

The idea of the shop come from wonderful trips experience of the owner in Belgium. Hence, they brought back the recipe, and establish a waffle shop in Cambodia. They crafted the wafer with different combinations with different ingredients and food. Besides that, the shop offers varies choice of ice cream, hand crafted by French-Belgium couple. Do not missed the chocolate drinks in the shop. The original chocolate bar melt in the hot milk while you stir. This is the real authentic Belgium style hot chocolate.
